We were looking for a vacation home on 30A and had the good fortune to visit one of Kimberly's open houses. After meeting her, she provided us with lots of helpful information about the area and got us set up with internet searches. She set up appointments for several houses that fit our requirements...within just a few weeks, we were closing on the perfect beach house for us. We had visited 30A often, but live in New Orleans so didn't really know anyone in the area. This proved to be no problem at all because Kimberly seems to know everyone! She did so much legwork and went above and beyond to help us with everything from insurance to finding management and landscaping help after the sale. She made the experience so easy and we would definitely consult with Kimberly again if we relocate. Highly recommend!
